KIDS Home Health Care serves in South-East Michigan and provides
skilled nursing care in the home setting after hospital discharge for infants
and children up to the age of 18 years.
Children who are discharged from the hospital are often medically fragile, meaning they still need care from a skilled professional, like a nurse, to heal and grow to their full potential. This type of nursing care can be provided in the child’s home.
A home health care professional is a nurse, occupational or physical therapist, or a licensed practical nurse (LPN) that comes to your home to provide health care to you or your loved one. At KIDS Home Health Care, we specialize in, well...KIDS! So the professional that is assigned to your child is specifically trained to assess and care for babies and children.
At KIDS Home Health Care, we understand the importance of continuing nursing care after discharge from the hospital. We want to make sure that your child is progressively getting better. We also understand how stressful caring for a sick child can be for parents and our goal is to be supportive in every way.
